Seller identity

These terms apply to online retail purchases from Lilokel Ltd, trading online as Lilokeli. Company details, registered address and support contacts are shown below and in the site footer.

Products and descriptions

We sell antiques, vintage watches, antique books, collectibles, wholesale lots and Lilokeli branded silverware. Product descriptions, dates, materials, purity marks, condition notes and photographs are provided in good faith. Age, restoration, patina and handling marks are normal for antique or vintage goods and form part of the description.

Lilokeli 925 and Lilokeli 800 silver marks are presented as maker or purity marks for the branded silverware range. They are not described as UK assay hallmarks unless separately stated in the individual product documentation.

Prices, VAT and availability

Prices are shown in GBP. Delivery, duties, taxes or import charges may vary by destination and are shown or confirmed before dispatch. Stock is limited and most pieces are one-off items. If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you and refund any cleared payment.

Orders and payment

Checkout creates an order request and reserve reference. Bank transfer and CHAPS are the active payment methods. Card payments are coming soon via Stripe and no card data is collected on this site today.

Orders are accepted after payment clears and final checks are complete. Stock is normally reserved for 72 hours from order creation unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Delivery and risk

Retail orders are dispatched after cleared payment. Delivery is insured and tracked where available. Risk passes to the customer on delivery. For high-value, fragile, oversized or international orders, we may contact you to confirm specialist delivery arrangements before dispatch.

Consumer returns

Retail consumers may request cancellation or return within the applicable consumer return period, subject to the returns policy. Returned goods must be in the same condition and include certificates, cases, packaging and accessories supplied.

Trade and wholesale sales

Trade lots, wholesale lots, restoration stock and business-to-business purchases may be sold under separate invoice terms. Those terms will be stated before payment where they differ from retail consumer terms.

Authenticity and limitations

We provide reasonable authentication and provenance information for each category. Unless expressly stated, appraisals are commercial descriptions rather than formal valuations for insurance, tax, probate or investment purposes.
