UK delivery

UK delivery is insured and free on retail orders over £500. Orders under £500 show a delivery charge during checkout. Dispatch takes place after cleared bank transfer or CHAPS payment and final condition checks.

Worldwide delivery

We can arrange worldwide delivery for most watches, silverware, books and small antiques. International delivery is quoted according to item value, destination, insurance requirements, customs paperwork and carrier availability.

High-value and fragile items

Fragile, oversized, unusually heavy or high-value antiques may require specialist courier handling, appointment delivery or collection by arrangement. We will confirm this before dispatch.

Customs, import VAT and duties

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and local handling fees unless expressly agreed in writing before purchase.

Tracking, insurance and signatures

Where available, orders are sent with tracking, insurance and signature confirmation. The named recipient should inspect parcels promptly and keep all packaging if an insurance claim is required.

Delivery exclusions

Some destinations, restricted materials or items requiring special permits may not be available for export. We will not ship an item where we cannot do so lawfully or safely.
