Active payment methods

Lilokeli currently accepts bank transfer and CHAPS for online orders. Checkout creates an order reference and payment instructions. Orders are accepted after payment clears and final stock checks are complete.

Card payments

Card payments are coming soon via Stripe. The website may show Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Stripe as coming soon, but it does not collect card numbers, card expiry dates or CVC details today.

Payment references

Please use the exact order reference shown on the confirmation page when sending a bank transfer or CHAPS payment. This helps us match the payment to the order quickly.

Security

We will never ask customers to send card details by email or message. Payment instructions are shown on the order confirmation page and can be confirmed by contacting us through the published website email addresses.

High-value orders

For high-value antiques, watches, silverware or international orders, we may perform additional checks before dispatch to protect customers and the business.
